Job Description
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Management Manager in United States.
This role sits at the intersection of civic technology, healthcare data, and product leadership, driving solutions that directly impact national healthcare quality reporting systems. You will lead and mentor product managers working on a secure, CMS-approved platform enabling critical data exchange across hospitals, providers, and federal quality programs. The environment is highly regulated, mission-driven, and deeply collaborative, requiring strong stakeholder management across technical, clinical, and policy domains. You will shape product strategy while ensuring usability, compliance, and operational excellence across complex healthcare workflows. As a people leader, you will elevate product practices, strengthen team maturity, and foster a culture of innovation and accountability. This is a high-impact leadership role where your work contributes to improving public health outcomes at scale.
Accountabilities
- Lead and manage a team of Product Managers, overseeing performance, coaching, and professional development to build a high-performing product organization.
- Define and drive product strategy across complex healthcare data platforms supporting federal quality reporting programs and secure data exchange systems.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, policy, and stakeholders, to translate regulatory and user needs into scalable product solutions.
- Establish and promote product best practices, agile ways of working, and continuous improvement across teams and delivery processes.
- Guide prioritization and decision-making in ambiguous, highly regulated environments while balancing short-term delivery with long-term product vision.
- Support organizational growth through hiring, mentoring, and developing product talent and capabilities.
- 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager in cross-functional agile environments, ideally in public sector, professional services, or regulated industries.
- Proven experience directly managing and developing product professionals, including performance management and career growth.
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement within complex, consulting-style or client-facing environments.
- Deep expertise in product operations, agile frameworks, requirements definition, and end-to-end product delivery.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills across technical, business, and policy stakeholders.
- Experience leading product strategy across multiple horizons, balancing execution with long-term vision.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, mission-driven environments with strong leadership and servant leadership mindset.
