We’re Hiring: Digital Experience Experts


We are looking for experienced Digital Experience Professionals to join a global team supporting innovative customer experience initiatives. If you are passionate about customer journeys, UX, analytics, and digital transformation, we’d love to connect with you!


Project Details:

  • Role: Digital Experience Expert
  • Contract Duration: until end of 2026
  • Start: ASAP
  • Location: Eastern Europe
  • Mode: 100% Remote
  • Language: Fluent English


Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimize customer journeys, interaction flows, and digital support experiences across multiple touchpoints.
  • Gather, structure, and prioritize business requirements while collaborating with stakeholders and product teams.
  • Analyze customer feedback, support usage data, and experience metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Drive AI-powered proactive support initiatives to enhance customer engagement and service efficiency.
  • Create UX concepts, mockups, presentations, videos, and external communication materials for digital experience initiatives.
  • Support portfolio management, reporting, and positioning of digital experience solutions at events, awards, and customer-facing platforms.


Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience in customer support processes and digital experience initiatives

• Product Management / Solution Management / Requirements Engineering experience

• Familiarity with Jira for requirements tracking

• UX Design & UX Research knowledge (Figma experience preferred)

• Experience with analytics tools such as Qualtrics or Adobe Analytics is a plus

• SAP background is beneficial

• No coding/development skills required
