Location: Remote Working Contract
Length of Contract: 6 Months

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Onboarding Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires by managing key pre-onboarding activities.
Key Responsibilities:

- Initiate and coordinate background checks for incoming candidates.
- Manage and facilitate the relocation process for new hires.
- Oversee immigration processes to ensure compliance and smooth onboarding.
- Confirm and set start dates in iCIMS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, or a related field.
- Familiarity with iCIMS or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
