Job Title: Onboarding Business Partner

Location: Remote Working Contract

Length of Contract: 6 Months

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Onboarding Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires by managing key pre-onboarding activities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and coordinate background checks for incoming candidates.
  • Manage and facilitate the relocation process for new hires.
  • Oversee immigration processes to ensure compliance and smooth onboarding.
  • Confirm and set start dates in iCIMS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with iCIMS or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
