Job Description

ABOUT EACH&EVERYONE

each&everyone is a multi-sector, culture-led influencer and creator marketing agency, operating at the intersection of sport, content, and performance. The agency partners with global consumer brands to deliver culturally relevant, strategically led campaigns that drive measurable engagement and meaningful business results.

Specialising in bespoke influencer strategies from micro to macro creators, the agency manages the full campaign lifecycle from insight and ideation through to execution and performance analysis. With a growing portfolio of international clients and campaigns spanning multiple markets, each&everyone combines creative ambition with data-led decision-making, underpinned by transparency, accountability, and commercial focus.

As a remote-first, fast-growing agency, each&everyone values sharp thinking, strong execution, and collaborative working. This hire is a key part of building the team to match an expanding client base and global ambition.

THE ROLE

The Campaign Manager is a senior delivery role within the Campaign team, responsible for leading influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end across an allocated portfolio of client accounts. The role sits within a lean, fast-paced agency environment and carries full commercial and strategic accountability for the campaigns it owns.

This is a strategic and operational role in equal measure. The Campaign Manager develops an independent creative strategy from the client brief, selects and manages creators with analytical rigour, and maintains direct client relationships with confidence. The expectation is autonomous delivery to a high standard, not task execution within a managed process.

Working in close collaboration with the Campaign Director, the Campaign Manager operates as a strategic peer: contributing to agency thinking, proactively identifying account growth opportunities, and raising the quality of campaign output across the business.

WHY THIS ROLE, WHY NOW

each&everyone is at a pivotal point in its growth with an expanding international client portfolio, a track record of delivering complex, multi-market campaigns, and a clear ambition to scale. The Campaign Manager hire is central to that next chapter.

This is a role with genuine ownership, genuine responsibility, and a direct path to senior progression as the agency grows. For the right person  someone who combines strategic thinking with strong execution, and who brings real knowledge of sport and creator culture  the opportunity to shape campaigns at this level, in an agency moving at pace, is a compelling one.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

Independent Campaign Strategy

With time you develop and own the creative strategy for allocated campaigns from the client objective not executing someone else’s brief, but building your own strategic rationale. Defining content formats, platform sequencing, creator tier mix, and campaign narrative. Presenting strategy to clients directly and taking full ownership of the outcome.

Specialist Creator Selection

You go beyond follower count. Your selection framework covers audience quality and authenticity assessment, brand-safety and values alignment profiling, creator tier economics, audience overlap mapping, and emerging talent identification before peak pricing. You maintain and develop the agency’s creator intelligence database.

End-to-End Campaign Execution

You own campaigns from brief to final report: creator outreach, contract negotiation, content briefing, approvals workflow, performance tracking, and insight-led final reporting. Every campaign you run is your commercial responsibility you are accountable to the client for the outcome.

Account Growth and Expansion

You maintain proactive commercial awareness of every account you manage: identifying when performance justifies renewal or expansion, spotting white space the client is not using the agency for, tracking their business calendar, and flagging account risk signals before they become problems.

Creator Relationships and Industry Intelligence

You build genuine working relationships with creators, agents, and management companies. You stay ahead of platform dynamics, algorithm changes, and audience behaviour shifts. You contribute intelligence that makes the whole agency sharper.

Performance Analysis and Reporting

You track, analyse, and report on campaign performance against agreed KPIs. You translate data into clear strategic insights and actionable recommendations. You present results to clients with confidence and use learnings to raise the bar on future campaigns.

Creative Production

You have the production capability to support campaign delivery: editing short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts; designing and adapting still-image assets for campaigns, reports, and pitch materials; creating visually compelling decks and creator profiles. Tools include CapCut, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Premiere Pro (desirable).

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Essential

  • 3–5 years agency-side influencer marketing personally owned campaigns end-to-end
  • Independent creative strategy capability: you can build a campaign concept from a client objective without direction
  • Demonstrable creator selection methodology that goes beyond platform tools and follower count
  • Practitioner-level platform expertise across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube not user level
  • Client-facing confidence: you have led calls, presented strategy, and delivered results independently
  • Strong commercial awareness: budget management, margin accountability, and campaign profitability
  • Genuine passion for sport, sports culture, and the creator ecosystem around it
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills with the ability to run multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Right to work in the UK. Fluent English speaker with a strong understanding of global culture and creators.

Preferred

  • Experience in sports, lifestyle, or gaming creator marketing
  • Short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro) and design (Canva, Photoshop)
  • Familiarity with influencer management platforms such as Influencer Hero, HypeAuditor, or equivalent
  • A track record of account growth: identifying and converting upsell or renewal on existing clients
  • Existing relationships with creators, agents, or management companies
  • Additional languages, cultural expertise, or international creator knowledge

What Makes You Stand Out

  • You have built or contributed to a creator selection framework rather than relying on someone else’s
  • You can point to a campaign where your creator selection drove materially better ROI than the brief suggested was possible
  • You have worked lean and autonomously you don’t need a large support structure to deliver at a high standard

THE PACKAGE

–  Competitive salary, depending on experience.

–  Fully remote working with flexible hours.

–  Real ownership, responsibility, and room to grow as the agency grows.

–  The opportunity to lead high-impact, culturally relevant campaigns at the intersection of sport and creator culture.

–  A direct path to a senior strategic role as the business scales.

–  25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
