We are currently supporting a Fintech client in Southeast Asia who is building a full-stack product. They are growing quickly and need someone exceptional to own operations for their newest products and help them shape the next chapter.

This is a true ownership role. You'll report directly to a senior operations leader, own the P&L, shape the strategy, and build the team around you.

The ideal product leader has strong problem-solving and analytical skills, is a proven operator who knows how to make things happen in reality, and knows what it is to build

and manage a team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Management, STEM or similar field.
• 5-10 years of experience, ideally within Fintech.
• Ownership mindset. Takes accountability for business objectives and does whatever it takes to get there.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ideally has experience with data and analytics tools (e.g. SQL, Python).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Has led operations for “new products” within the FinTech space.
