Must-Haves:
- 1–3 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, HR Coordinator, or similar role
- Experience coordinating interviews across multiple U.S. time zones
- Familiarity with background check workflows and pre‑employment screening
- Professional, candidate‑facing communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple open requisitions in a fast‑paced, remote environment

Day-to-Day:
- Coordinate end‑to‑end interview scheduling, including multi‑round and panel interviews
- Manage calendars, video links, and interview logistics across time zones
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
- Initiate and track background checks; monitor completion and flag issues
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date candidate records in the ATS
- Support HR operations, including inbox management, documentation, and administrative tasks
- Communicate proactively with recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring on track
