Our client is a U.S.-based law firm focused on personal injury case representation and client advocacy. The firm is committed to building a strong, scalable, and performance-driven marketing system that generates high-quality cases while protecting the firm’s reputation and client-first approach.

They are currently expanding their team and looking for a CMO / Marketing Director who can support their goals in scaling case acquisition, optimizing marketing performance, and improving reporting and accountability across all marketing channels.


About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic, numbers-driven, and highly organized marketing leader to work directly with the firm partners on driving growth and marketing performance.

In this role, you will oversee the firm’s full marketing strategy, manage external vendors and campaigns, improve lead quality tracking, and optimize acquisition channels focused on increasing signed personal injury cases. Experience in law firm marketing, paid media, reporting, and vendor management is highly valued.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage the firm’s marketing roadmap
  • Track marketing spend, leads, signed cases, and cost per signed case
  • Prepare monthly marketing performance reports for partners
  • Manage PPC, SEO, web, social media, PR, media, and video vendors
  • Audit and optimize paid search, LSA, Meta Ads, and retargeting campaigns
  • Coordinate landing pages and campaign initiatives
  • Support Spanish-language marketing campaigns when applicable
  • Convert case results and testimonials into marketing assets

  • Ensure firm ownership of marketing accounts, data, and creative assets


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience managing PPC, LSA, Meta Ads, retargeting, and paid media campaigns
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, call tracking, and lead attribution
  • Experience with SEO, landing pages, social media, email marketing, and video marketing
  • Strong vendor management experience across web, PR, media, design, and advertising partners
  • Experience preparing marketing reports focused on lead quality and cost per signed case
  • Strong analytical and numbers-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently in remote environments
  • Strong communication skills in plain and professional English
  • Respect for legal ethics, compliance, and client-first marketing practices
  • Availability to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
