Role Overview
The Junior Social Media Manager will be responsible for executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and managing day-to-day interactions across platforms. This role combines hands-on content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking, with opportunities to collaborate on influencer initiatives and support broader marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation
- Write compelling, on-brand social media copy tailored to target audiences
- Create engaging visuals using tools like Canva, with the option to incorporate GPT for content creation
- Support the development and execution of the content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant posts
- Collaborate on influencer and brand content to drive organic growth
- Engage with the online community through comments, direct messages, and conversations
- Maintain a positive and consistent brand presence across platforms
- Respond to inquiries and foster meaningful audience interactions
- Stay up to date with social media trends and incorporate insights into content

- Collaborate with influencers to create authentic, brand-aligned content

Experience
- 1+ years of experience in social media management or related roles, with a focus on content creation and community engagement
- Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools
- Experience with GPT-assisted content creation
- Ability to develop and execute content strategies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends, including understanding of American culture
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to learn
- Experience with influencer marketing and brand content is a plus
