The Senior Product Manager will own strategy and execution for AI-powered product areas that directly impact how engineering organizations manage requirements, traceability, and product development workflows. Working in a highly cross-functional environment, you will translate ambiguous customer problems into clear product direction and scalable solutions. You will partner closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to shape impactful user experiences powered by AI. The role requires strong product intuition, technical fluency, and the ability to navigate complexity with confidence. Accountabilities

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for key AI-driven product areas within an enterprise SaaS platform focused on engineering lifecycle management.
  • Translate ambiguous customer needs and AI opportunities into clear product direction, prioritization, and actionable delivery plans.
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Design teams to define, scope, and deliver high-impact AI-enabled features, balancing feasibility, usability, and business value.
  • Engage directly with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to validate direction and identify opportunities for product improvement and expansion.
  • Collaborate with Go-to-Market teams to convert market insights into product initiatives that drive adoption, revenue growth, and customer success.
  • Continuously refine priorities based on evolving technical constraints, customer feedback, and business needs while driving alignment across teams.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Product Management within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or complex technical product environments.
  • Proven track record of working on or delivering AI-enabled products, with understanding of AI-driven user experience and product design considerations.
  • Familiarity with AI-native tools, workflows, and modern product development practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and make high-impact decisions with limited information.
  • Strong collaboration skills with Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams in cross-functional environments.
  • Ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear product strategy and execution plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in remote and distributed teams.
  • Strong prioritization and execution mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
