Job Title: Project Manager

Job Type: Contract-to-hire

Location: Remote (PST time zone)

Hours: 40 hours per week

Compensation: 40–63 USD/hour (depending on experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the Global Marketing PMO and lead the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives across multiple regions. The role focuses on managing a high volume of low-complexity creative production work in a fast-paced, structured environment, ideally within the medical or healthcare space.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of marketing and creative projects from intake to completion.
  • Own project intake, scoping, and timeline development for a high volume of requests.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, operations, and external partners) to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans.
  • Maintain clear, accurate project documentation, status reports, and dashboards within PM tools.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings and communicate updates, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to established processes, SLAs, and governance standards within the marketing PMO framework.
  • Partner closely with marketing stakeholders to prioritize workload and manage expectations across multiple regions and time zones.


Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in marketing, creative operations, or similar environments.
  • Proven track record managing high-volume marketing or creative production projects.
  • Experience working in structured or regulated industries (healthcare, medical devices, pharma, financial services, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams across regions.


Skills & Tools

Mandatory:

  • Strong project management and prioritization skills.
  • Experience managing high volume, fast-turnaround marketing/creative work.
  • Stakeholder management across cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, operations, vendors).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage competing priorities.

Tools:

  • Project management tools: Asana (or similar PM tools).
  • Documentation and collaboration tools: Confluence (or similar).
  • Experience with marketing workflow / creative production tools is strongly preferred.


Nice to Have

  • Experience working within a marketing PMO or similar centralized project management environment.
  • Agile / Scrum experience (Agile preferred over pure Waterfall).
  • Background in managing global marketing requests across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Familiarity with creative production workflows (digital, email, web, print, campaign assets, etc.).
  • Prior experience in medical/healthcare marketing or related regulated industries.

Work Model & Schedule

  • Fully remote role, managed directly by the client.
  • 8-hour shifts aligned to PST time zones
  • Initial contract term: 6 months (with potential to extend / convert to hire).
