Job Description
A fast-growing consumer technology business is hiring a Digital Growth Lead to own digital growth across the DACH market.
This is a highly autonomous role for someone who wants to run marketing end to end within a lean, fast-moving environment. You will combine AI-driven workflows, SEO, CRM, lifecycle marketing and performance strategy while managing external agency relationships and driving measurable commercial growth.
The business is specifically looking for someone who can operate independently, move quickly and combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Role: Digital Growth Lead
Salary: Competitive package depending on experience
Location: Fully remote, anywhere within the EU
Language: Fluent German required
What you’ll be doing:
- Own digital growth strategy and execution across the DACH market
- Manage and direct external performance marketing agencies across paid search and paid social
- Drive SEO and content growth initiatives to improve long-term customer acquisition
- Build and optimise lifecycle marketing and CRM automation campaigns
- Reactivate and grow engagement across a large existing customer database
- Use AI tools and automation workflows to improve marketing execution and operational efficiency
- Monitor campaign performance, customer behaviour and growth metrics to identify opportunities for optimisation
- Support improvements across customer onboarding, communication and brand perception

What you’ll need:
- Fluent German language skills with strong written communication ability
- Strong experience across digital growth, performance marketing or lifecycle marketing roles
- Hands-on experience with SEO, CRM and customer acquisition strategies
- Experience managing agencies and holding them accountable to commercial performance
- Strong understanding of AI-assisted marketing workflows and automation tools
- Comfortable operating independently within fast-moving environments
- Analytical mindset with the ability to optimise based on performance data
