Job Description


A fast-growing ecommerce and consumer technology business is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to support growth across the German market.


This is a fully remote role focused on digital marketing, SEO, content and campaign performance. You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to improve online visibility, customer engagement and conversion performance across digital channels.


Role: Digital Marketing Manager

Salary: €50,000 - €60,000

Location: Fully remote

Language: Fluent German required


What you’ll be doing:


  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across the German market
  • Support SEO and content initiatives to improve traffic and online visibility
  • Create German-language marketing content across landing pages, blogs, email and campaigns
  • Work with external agencies to manage paid media and campaign performance
  • Monitor campaign analytics and provide performance reporting
  • Support content calendars and marketing campaign planning
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition and engagement
  • Use marketing tools and automation platforms to support campaign delivery


What you’ll need:


  • Fluent German language skills with strong written communication ability
  • Experience within digital marketing, growth marketing or performance marketing roles
  • Understanding of SEO and content-led marketing strategies
  • Experience working with agencies or external marketing partners
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to review and improve campaign performance
