Key Outcomes

1. Customer-Service Agent — Build and ship the production AI agent that handles member FAQs, onboarding, and troubleshooting across our boutique-homes portfolio.
2. Sales Agent — Build and ship the production AI agent that qualifies inbound leads, drafts personalised responses, and schedules viewings.
3. MCP Connector Stack — Wire every queryable Figment system (property management, CRM, project management, drive, accounting, banking) into a unified agent-accessible layer.
4. Property Underwriting Automation — Automate the real-estate deal model: listing-to-memo pipeline that compresses cycle time and 10x's pipeline volume.
5. Deal sourcing Outreach — Build the agents that source supply at scale — personalised outbound to property owners (real estate) and landlords (boutique homes).
6. Team-Wide Automation Rollout — Ship custom AI workflows to each Figment team member; every direct report gets time back.

Key Competencies We're Looking For

1. Agentic AI Builder — You design and ship multi-step AI agent workflows. You've put at least 3 agentic flows into production. You reach for tools, MCPs, retrieval, and evals before reaching for prompts. You quote your own prompts from memory.
2. Founder-Pace Drive — You move 3x faster than the corporate baseline. You ship 80% drafts within hours rather than 100% perfection within days. You thrive in ambiguity and back-pressure.
3. Forensic Detail Audit — You catch errors before they ship. You double-check every number, every claim, every name. Critical for customer-facing agents and underwriting models.
4. Anticipatory Ownership — You run ahead of the principal. You surface decisions before they're asked. You close loops without being chased. You own outcomes, not task lists.

Experience and Qualifications

Required:

1. Bachelor's from IIT (Bombay, Delhi, Madras, Kanpur, or Kharagpur), IIM (Ahmedabad, Bangalore, or Calcutta), or ISB Hyderabad
2. 3–5 years at a Series A–C Indian startup as Chief of Staff / Founder's Office / Special Projects / RevOps Lead, or in operations/strategy at a local Indian company
3. Personally shipped at least 3 agentic AI workflows or production AI features — be ready to walk us through the architecture
4. Demonstrable fluency with the AI builder stack — Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, Zapier, Make, LangChain, MCP. Be prepared to share verbatim prompts and your verification workflow.
5. India-based with at least 6 hours daily working overlap with Singapore (07:00–19:00 SGT)

Nice to have:

6. Prior exposure to real estate, hospitality, or the cultural/heritage sector

7. Python or TypeScript fluency — you read and modify production code

8. Side projects, GitHub repos, or public writing that demonstrate the builder mindset

9. Multilingual: Hindi, Tamil, Mandarin, or French in addition to English

10. Past experience in a remote-first global team
