About the Role
We are looking for a C++ Code Optimization Expert (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on performance engineering, systems optimization, scalable software architectures, and high-efficiency computing workflows.
In this role, you will work with AI-generated outputs related to C++ optimization, multithreading, memory management, low-level system performance, concurrency, and computational efficiency, helping improve how AI models understand and solve complex real-world engineering challenges.
Your expertise will help improve AI systems for intelligent coding assistants, high-performance computing, simulation systems, backend infrastructure, and scalable software optimization.
Responsibilities
- Create deliverables addressing common requests within your professional domain
- Annotate and evaluate AI-generated C++ optimization and systems engineering outputs
- Review peer-developed deliverables to improve AI research quality and consistency
- Assess AI outputs for execution efficiency, memory optimization, concurrency handling, scalability, and maintainability
- Identify bottlenecks, memory leaks, race conditions, inefficient algorithms, or architecture gaps in AI-generated solutions and provide structured feedback
- Support workflows involving systems programming, performance tuning, multithreading, low-latency systems, and optimization strategies
- Contribute domain expertise to improve AI systems focused on intelligent coding and high-performance software engineering workflows

Requirements
- Strong proficiency in C++ and systems-level programming
- Deep understanding of memory management, STL, multithreading, concurrency, and performance optimization techniques
- Experience with profiling tools, debugging systems, low-level optimization, and scalable software architectures
- Familiarity with Linux environments, compilers, distributed systems, or high-performance computing workflows is preferred
- Experience with embedded systems, game engines, simulation systems, or backend infrastructure is a plus
- Strong analytical, debugging, and performance-tuning skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
