Head of Talent Acquisition

Are you a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with a passion for technology and a track record of leading high performing teams? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Talent Acquisition Manager for a prestigious PIF project focused on AI in Saudi Arabia.

Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team to deliver on hiring mandates across Data, AI, Software Development, and Cloud.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for cutting-edge technology roles.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.

Oversee multiple hiring projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and quality hires.

Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and practices.

Proven experience in tech hiring, with a strong understanding of Data, AI, Software Development, and Cloud.

Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire recruitment teams.

Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple mandates.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in working within the Middle East region is preferred.

Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia from the UAE or wider GCC, with full relocation assistance provided.
