Job Description
You will be the chief architect taking our platform through its evolution: Your mandate is to build a robust system processing 100+ weekly requests, orchestrating 10+ concurrent agents, and handling 100K+ row Target Account Lists (TALs) with strict tenant isolation.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design a multi-agent, event-driven pipeline (Claude Agent SDK/equiv.), a shared state layer (Supabase/Postgres), and Dynamic DAG orchestration (Temporal/Prefect).
- Multi-Agent Workflow Engineering: Build core agents (Ingestion, Extraction, ICP Generation) with confidence-based gating and Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) checkpoints.
- LLM & Extraction Engineering: Build high-accuracy extraction engines for multi-format documents and implement LLM evaluation frameworks (LangSmith).
- Data & Integrations: Integrate REST APIs (HG Insights, Birddog webhooks) and build composite scoring engines across technographics and intent signals.
- Security & Observability: Enforce strict RBAC, zero cross-tenant data leakage, and a full distributed tracing observability stack.

🎯 What You Bring
- Experience: 7+ years in software engineering, AI systems, or distributed systems architecture.
- Agentic AI Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with multi-agent systems, LLM tool-calling, and prompt engineering.
- Tech Stack: Python/TypeScript, Supabase/Postgres, Temporal/Prefect/Airflow, and REST APIs.
- Scale & Resilience: Proven track record of taking complex systems from MVP to production scale using fault-tolerant, asynchronous design.
