Responsibilities
- Support enterprise Okta environments, including:
- SSO
- MFA
- Federation
- Lifecycle management
- Access troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot authentication, provisioning, and identity-related incidents
- Support SaaS onboarding and access governance workflows
- Participate in operational incident response and on-call rotations
- Support IAM automation and workflow improvement initiatives
- Maintain operational runbooks and documentation
Required Skills
- 5+ years supporting enterprise Okta environments
