About WeDoCRM

As a specialist in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Marketing, WeDoCRM supports companies of all sizes to drive ROI from their customer database. Our agency is growing quickly as more and more companies partner with us to deliver powerful, insight-led CRM programmes.

About the Role

We’re looking for a CRM Manager to support a 12-week Proof of Concept (PoC) focused on transforming CRM performance for a large B2B client.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work across data, strategy, and execution, helping us analyse customer data, design a lifecycle engagement model, and get initial journeys live.

You’ll play a key role in demonstrating how smarter segmentation, better channel orchestration, and lifecycle thinking can unlock significant revenue growth.

What to Expect Day-to-day

  • Conduct deep-dive analysis of customer data to identify opportunities (segmentation, lifecycle gaps, performance trends)
  • Work within a CDP (e.g. Lytics) to build and refine customer audiences
  • Design lifecycle journeys, including key stages, triggers, and channel strategies
  • Collaborate with the team to define channel orchestration and frequency rules
  • Support the setup and launch of initial CRM journeys (email/SMS)
  • Identify and implement quick wins to improve engagement and revenue
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and support client conversations where needed
  • Contribute to testing frameworks and early performance analysis

Experience and Skills Required (Essential)

  • Strong experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement strategy
  • Proven track record working on data-led CRM projects (segmentation, lifecycle design, optimisation)
  • Hands-on experience with CDPs or similar data platforms (e.g. Lytics, Segment, mParticle)
  • Experience with CRM/ESP platforms (e.g. Iterable or similar)
  • Strong analytical skills - comfortable working with data to generate insights and actions
  • Experience designing and implementing customer journeys and lifecycle frameworks
  • Understanding of multi-channel CRM (email, SMS, and ideally offline/phone integration)
  • Ability to move quickly and balance strategy with execution
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team

Great to Have (But not essential)

  • Experience with Lytics and/or Iterable
  • Background in B2B CRM or lead generation models
  • Experience integrating CRM with paid media (e.g. suppression audiences)
  • Exposure to call centre / telemarketing channel integration
  • Experience working on Proof of Concepts or rapid test-and-learn projects

Our Ideal Candidate

  • A hands-on operator who can both think strategically and execute
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Focused on impact and outcomes, not perfection
  • Proactive and confident in identifying opportunities and suggesting solutions
  • Able to quickly get up to speed and add value from week one
  • Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a close-knit, remote team

What Our Company Stands For

Fairness, understanding, and the promotion of self-worth. Equality is fundamental to who we are, and we are committed to providing a safe, inclusive environment where employees can thrive. We also champion a healthy work/life balance, supported through flexible working options.

Salary

Up to £45,000, pro-rata (d.o.e).

Place of Work

This position is fully remote in London and will require travel to see the client.

Applicants must:

  • Be fluent in English,
  • Live within the UK,
  • Have the unrestricted right to work in the UK, and
  • Are available to start immediately
