The role
We're looking for an intern who thinks in AI - not someone who occasionally uses it, but someone who reaches for it instinctively and knows how to extract 10x output from these tools.
You'll be a full stack AI engineering intern across multiple live projects. One hour you might be building a Next.js dashboard for an Australian client, the next wiring up a Supabase edge function, and after lunch debugging a WhatsApp bot on Turrant.
Fair warning: this is a startup. Some weeks are exhilarating - shipping features, watching users react. Some weeks are grinding - debugging edge cases, reworking something for the third time. We need someone who rides both with composure.
What you'll do
- Ship full stack features end-to-end - Next.js, React, Node.js, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Supabase
- Work with Claude, GPT, and Gemini APIs daily — prompt engineering to agentic workflows
- Use Claude Code, Cursor, and Copilot as your primary dev environment, and get maximum value from them
- Build automation for applications and features where applicable - internal tooling, workflows, and integration glue
- Integrate third-party APIs - payment gateways, Zoho, HubSpot, WhatsApp Business, government verification
- Own what you build - first commit, production deploy, and the 9pm bug fix
- Context-switch across 2–3 projects in a day without losing quality

Who you are
- Humble, low ego. No task is beneath you. You'd rather help a teammate than prove you're the smartest in the room.
- Hands-on but smart about AI. Claude is your pair programmer, not a crutch. You know when to prompt and when to think.
- Agile across contexts. React component, Python script, client thread — same morning, all done well.
- Startup-mature. You handle ambiguity, take ownership, and don't crumble when plans change. They will.
Requirements
- Pursuing or completed B.Tech in CS, IT, or ECE (students and recent graduates welcome)
- Solid fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python
- Working knowledge of (or strong willingness to learn) Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL
- Genuine comfort with AI coding tools - show us your workflow
- Real understanding of LLMs - prompting, context windows, token limits, model selection
- Excellent written communication - you'll be in client threads all day
