Location: Fully remote | 9 AM - 5 PM EST


Our client is a growing security and operations company providing physical security services, surveillance systems, access control solutions, and 24/7 live monitoring support for commercial clients. As the company continues scaling, they are focused on maintaining strong operational responsiveness, reliable support systems, and high-quality customer communication across the business.


They’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist to support customer communication, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and help maintain organized support workflows across operational systems. This role is ideal for someone who is responsive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable balancing customer support, technical troubleshooting, and operational coordination within a fast-paced environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries across Slack, email, phone, and support channels
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to operational systems and support requests
  • Log, organize, and track support tickets and operational issues
  • Coordinate follow-ups and escalate advanced technical issues when needed
  • Support internal operations workflows and maintain accurate support documentation


What You’ll Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in technical support, customer support, or operations support roles
  • Experience handling support communications across phone, email, chat, or Slack
  • Strong communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational abilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced operational environments
