Digital Marketing Specialist for Peptides E-commerce

We are looking for a highly hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to scale online sales for a peptides e-commerce business across the United Arab Emirates.

This is a KPI-driven performance marketing role focused on profitable customer acquisition and revenue growth.

You will be expected to personally launch, test, optimize, and scale campaigns across multiple channels while continuously improving CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.

This is NOT a coordination or delegation role.

We are NOT looking for an agency-style manager.

We are looking for somebody who executes personally, moves fast, thinks commercially, and is obsessed with growth and performance.

Main Responsibilities:

* AI SEO / GEO (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini visibility)

* Reddit & Quora organic marketing

* Affiliate marketing

* WhatsApp & Telegram automation and community growth

* Performance-focused social media growth and paid acquisition

* Shopify CRO, landing pages, funnel optimization, and upsells

* Meta & Google Ads with highly optimized CAC and ROAS

* Analytics, A/B testing, tracking, attribution, and scaling

* Rapid testing and execution of new growth opportunities

Candidate Requirements:

* Strong e-commerce and performance marketing experience

* Proven experience marketing sensitive or highly regulated products

* Strong understanding of UAE/GCC consumer behavior

* Strong understanding of platform restrictions and compliance-sensitive advertising

* Data-driven and revenue-focused mindset

* Proven ability to reduce CAC and improve ROAS

* Strong understanding of Shopify conversion funnels

* Fast execution and highly hands-on approach

* Experience growing SEO and AI search traffic

* Strong KPI reporting skills, good English skills
