Social Media Growth & Strategy Lead

Who we are looking for?

The Marketing Poet is growing and we are looking for our next "idea" partner and not just a social media manager. You will be leading the growth and management of our brand partners and shape their social feeds across platforms. This is your opportunity to do more than plan a calendar and post content, its your chance to also build IPs, tell stories and share your point of view while collaborating with our creative team.

Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in understanding how Social Media and human psychology works
• Strong skills in Content Strategy and crafting impactful narratives
• Experience with different content creation tools and platforms is a plus
• Familiarity with wide range of AI tools and adopting to
• Ability to execute campaigns and collaborate with internal & client teams

Experience:

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience at agencies/brands

Fully remote

Work Requirements:

5 days a week (10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.)

The Marketing Poet is a Creative Strategy Agency working with brands on creative strategy, social media marketing, content marketing and branding. We are fully remote with clients across India. Our team and collaborators are spread across Kolkata, Delhi NCR, Mumbai and Bangalore.
