Head of Technology Enabled Services (Global)

Executive Leadership | Remote (US) / Hybrid | Travel up to 30%


This is not a traditional delivery leadership role, this is a global ownership mandate for my client — an opportunity to build, scale, and lead a high-impact Technology Enabled Services (TES) organisation at the intersection of enterprise technology, mission-critical delivery, and regulated industries.


You will operate as a true business leader: owning delivery, shaping product direction, driving revenue and margin, and building a world-class organisation — with equity participation aligned to long-term value creation.

The Opportunity

As Head of Technology Enabled Services, you will own the end-to-end global delivery engine — integrating proprietary technology platforms with high-value services across Aerospace & Defense, Utilities, Energy, Satellite, and Government sectors.

Global Delivery & Operational Excellence

  • Full accountability for global service delivery across all client engagements

What You Bring

Core Experience

  • 12+ years leading technology services, managed services, or professional services organisations
  • Proven success running large-scale delivery in regulated industries
  • Strong track record of P&L ownership and commercial accountability
  • Experience managing complex, multi-year, enterprise engagements
  • Expertise leading globally distributed teams


Critical Domain Strength

  • Deep experience within SAP ecosystems (implementation, integration, or transformation programs)
  • Strong understanding of enterprise platforms and technology-enabled service models
  • Ability to connect technology capability to measurable business outcomes


Regulatory & Industry Acumen

  • Working knowledge of frameworks such as ITAR, EAR, NERC CIP, FAR/DFARS, or equivalents
  • Experience operating in secure, compliance-heavy, or government-aligned environments
  • Confidence navigating international delivery and data sovereignty requirements


Leadership & Influence

  • Executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite, boards, and government stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into execution
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, scale, and high-pressure environments


Highly Valued

  • Experience scaling proprietary or SaaS platforms in enterprise environments
  • Background in critical infrastructure or national security sectors
  • Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or similar
  • Active or eligible security clearance
  • International delivery experience across allied or global government ecosystems
