Position Summary
Seeking an exceptional Human Resources professional to join our growing team. This position will be responsible for management of the day-to-day operations of the human resources function across ACS’ 70+ employees & consultants across three global offices.This role will also have the opportunity to develop new policies and procedures and make their mark on the culture of a growing firm.
This position reports to the Director – HR & Talent Management
Key Responsibilities
HR Generalist will have the following responsibilities:
- Assist with payroll process, ensuring both accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare documentation needed for new hires, or effective changes in pay, status, or benefits
- Coordinate and manage recruiting efforts globally
- Manage sensitive and confidential matters like personnel relations, employee relations, and organizational changes, planning and protecting the security of information, data and files
- Respond to and put through various queries from managers and employees, and from other agencies or departments
- Coordinate staff training events or programs and recommend resources, as needed
- Stay current on organizational issues and initiatives affecting the Human Resources function
- Administer and monitor new hire orientation programs
- Assist with the annual employee performance appraisal process
- Update, develop and maintain HR Policies and Procedures
- Assist our Legal Team with ad hoc administrative duties
- Provide backup to office administration functions as needed

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- SHRM/PHR certification is a plus
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience

- Ability to multi-task and meet high expectations
