Role: HR Generalist

Location: Austin, TX

ACS operates an established global leasing platform supported by an experienced team of more than 70 professionals, with offices in Austin, Texas, Dublin, Ireland, and Singapore. This global presence enables the Company to source investment opportunities, manage assets, and support airline customers across key aviation markets worldwide.


Position Summary

Seeking an exceptional Human Resources professional to join our growing team. This position will be responsible for management of the day-to-day operations of the human resources function across ACS’ 70+ employees & consultants across three global offices.This role will also have the opportunity to develop new policies and procedures and make their mark on the culture of a growing firm.


This position reports to the Director – HR & Talent Management


Key Responsibilities

HR Generalist will have the following responsibilities:

  • Assist with payroll process, ensuring both accuracy and timeliness
  • Prepare documentation needed for new hires, or effective changes in pay, status, or benefits
  • Coordinate and manage recruiting efforts globally
  • Manage sensitive and confidential matters like personnel relations, employee relations, and organizational changes, planning and protecting the security of information, data and files
  • Respond to and put through various queries from managers and employees, and from other agencies or departments
  • Coordinate staff training events or programs and recommend resources, as needed
  • Stay current on organizational issues and initiatives affecting the Human Resources function
  • Administer and monitor new hire orientation programs
  • Assist with the annual employee performance appraisal process
  • Update, develop and maintain HR Policies and Procedures
  • Assist our Legal Team with ad hoc administrative duties
  • Provide backup to office administration functions as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • SHRM/PHR certification is a plus
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Effective communicator verbally as well as through writing skills
  • Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets
  • Ability to multi-task and meet high expectations
