Business Intelligence Analyst

This is a high-impact analytics role focused on transforming complex business data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across a multi-country European operation. You will play a central role in shaping how leadership teams understand performance across sales, finance, operations, and customer functions through advanced reporting and analytics solutions. Working in a modern data environment built on Microsoft technologies, you will design dashboards, develop data models, and deliver insights that directly influence business strategy. The role goes beyond reporting, requiring a proactive mindset to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support business growth. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted analytical partner in a data-driven organization undergoing significant transformation. Accountabilities

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions covering key business KPIs across multiple functions
• Own the full reporting lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, deployment, and continuous optimization
• Develop and manage scalable data pipelines and models using Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouses, Warehouses, and Data Pipelines
• Ensure data quality, governance, consistency, and performance across reporting systems and analytics layers
• Integrate and analyze data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP systems to support unified business reporting
• Build and maintain semantic models to enable reliable self-service analytics across teams
• Deliver business insights, executive reports, and data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making
• Identify trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities through deep analytical exploration of business data
• Develop forecasting models, scenario analysis, and performance trend evaluations
• Partner with stakeholders across sales, operations, and finance to translate business needs into analytical solutions
• Promote data literacy and support the adoption of self-service reporting capabilities across the organization
  
  

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, or a similar data-focused role
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including advanced data modeling and dashboard development
• Proven experience working with Microsoft Fabric and modern data engineering components
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP analytics and reporting environments
• Strong SQL skills for querying, transforming, and analyzing large datasets
• Ability to translate complex datasets into clear, executive-level insights and business recommendations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Analytical mindset with strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
• Experience working with multi-country or European business operations is highly valued
• Familiarity with Azure Data Services and Microsoft Purview is a plus
• Experience with forecasting, predictive analytics, or advanced modeling techniques is an advantage
• Background in manufacturing, distribution, or wholesale environments is beneficial
• Exposure to Power Automate or workflow automation tools is a plus
