Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the full-lifecycle recruitment process, specifically targeting high-caliber talent in AI development & data science.
- Selection & Negotiation: Oversee job architecture, candidate screening, executive interviewing, and strategic contract negotiations to secure top-tier digital talent.
- Strategic Onboarding: Design and manage an immersive orientation experience that integrates new hires into QUAVEO’s unique culture and technical roadmap from day one.
- International Talent Integration: Manage recruitment and onboarding for international hires as needed, including the coordination of visa applications, work permits, and relocation logistics.
2. Organizational Structure & Performance Guiding
- Scalable Architecture: Partner with leadership to design and evolve organizational structures that support the transition from AI pilots to global, multi-sector applications.
- Performance Excellence: Implement a modern "Performance Guiding" framework. Move beyond traditional reviews to an outcome-based system using OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to align technical output with business impact.
- Goal Alignment: Facilitate continuous feedback loops and development plans that encourage technical experimentation while maintaining operational accountability.

3. Learning & Development (L&D) Strategy
- Capability Building: Identify local training needs and architect development programs that foster in-house AI expertise and domain knowledge in logistics and other aiming industries.
- Upskilling Initiatives: Coordinate cross-functional workshops to ensure the workforce stays at the cutting edge of AI-enabled operational optimization.
4. HR Policies, Compliance & Administration
- Governance: Develop and implement robust internal HR policies that ensure 100% alignment with both global corporate standards and Vietnamese Labor Law.
- HRIS Management: Set up & maintain high-integrity employee records and leverage HR Information Systems to drive data-driven people decisions.

- Legal Expertise: Deep, practical knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law and compliance requirements.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to move between tactical execution (payroll/admin) and strategic planning (org design/L&D).
- Communication: Exceptional professional fluency in English and Vietnamese is mandatory.
