Job Description:

We are seeking two Senior Full-Stack Developers with a pathway toward Solution Architecture to

join a fast-growing, AI-native platform focused on real-time scam prevention and counter-

intelligence. You will be working within a mission-driven, autonomous team that builds and

scales conversational AI systems used by major telcos, banks, and government agencies to

intercept and disrupt fraud networks globally. This is a high-impact role for engineers who think

beyond execution — asking the right questions, owning outcomes, and contributing to system-

level decisions as the platform scales.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Stack Development

• Build and maintain responsive front-end interfaces using React

• Develop and optimise back-end services and APIs using Python

• Collaborate with a distributed team of engineers across time zones to deliver features

rapidly

Data & AI Integration

• Handle complex data pipelines and integrations with internal and external systems

• Work with AI-assisted development tools (including Claude Code) to accelerate

development cycles

• Contribute to the ingestion, processing, and surfacing of scam intelligence data (e.g. bank

details, crypto wallets, call metadata)

Architecture & Systems Thinking• Participate in and progressively lead architectural discussions and technical decision-

making

• Help mature the platform's infrastructure, with exposure to cloud-native tooling and

scalability challenges

• Work toward a Solution Architect pathway — owning design decisions and cross-system

integration points over time

Collaboration & Autonomy

• Ask the right questions rather than waiting for instructions — proactively identify gaps and

propose solutions

• Engage with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure alignment between product

goals and technical delivery

• Uphold engineering quality standards across code reviews, documentation, and

deployment practices

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of hands-on software development experience in a full-stack capacity

• Demonstrated experience with React on the front end and Python on the back end

• Strong proficiency in working with relational databases (PostgreSQL or equivalent)

• Experience deploying and operating applications on cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)

• Familiarity with containerisation and orchestration (Kubernetes or similar)

• Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced, distributed team environments

• Strong communication skills — able to engage independently with clients or product

stakeholders

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or

similar) is highly regarded

• Prior exposure to solution architecture, system design, or technical leadership is a strong

advantage

• Background or interest in cybersecurity, fraud prevention, or intelligence platforms is a

plus
