XML International is looking for an experienced Senior Global Payroll Specialist to join our international operations team.
This is a fully remote role based in Poland, supporting payroll operations across multiple European countries within a dynamic and international environment.
We are seeking a payroll professional with strong end-to-end payroll experience gained within multinational and multi-country operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support payroll operations across multiple European countries
- Ensure payroll activities are completed accurately, on time, and in line with local regulations
- Collaborate with external payroll vendors and local accounting partners
- Support payroll process improvements and payroll-related system initiatives
- Maintain accurate payroll records, employee data, and documentation
- Work closely with HR, Finance, and international stakeholders
- Support employees with payroll-related queries and issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with payroll policies, statutory requirements, and internal procedures

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of payroll experience within international or multi-country environments
- Strong understanding of European payroll processes and compliance
- Experience working with external payroll providers or payroll bureaus
- Good knowledge of payroll systems and HR/payroll operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- English fluency is required
