Job Description


We are seeking a Placement Manager to join our team at Pink Nannies, a fully remote, women led nanny agency supporting families nationwide. This is a high trust, high impact role within a collaborative and fast paced environment offering a highly competitive compensation, benefits, and long term growth potential.


As a Placement Manager, you will serve as a thoughtful and strategic partner to families navigating the search for exceptional nannies, ROTA teams, newborn care specialists, household managers, and family assistants. The right candidate is emotionally intelligent, highly organized, tech savvy, collaborative, and confident managing sensitive conversations with professionalism and care.


Key Responsibilities
  • Navigate platforms such as EngineHire, Slack, Google Workspace, ATS systems, and SignNow with confidence while helping optimize workflows, improve systems, and support client facing operations with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communicate thoughtfully and professionally with families, candidates, and internal team members across both verbal and written communication, consistently modeling polished, emotionally intelligent communication.
  • Remain solutions oriented and composed in high pressure or high stakes situations while proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes, solve problems, and support overall team success.
  • Operate with a high level of autonomy and initiative while also recognizing when collaboration or strategic guidance from leadership is needed.
  • Maintain a strong sense of responsibility and integrity throughout the vetting and placement process, recognizing the importance of protecting both families and candidates through professionalism, discretion, and ethical judgment.
  • Demonstrate a results driven mindset with a strong understanding of individual and team KPIs, long term goals, and successful placement outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with team members across departments while contributing positively to a healthy, communicative, and accountable work environment.
  • Take ownership of responsibilities, communication, follow through, outcomes, and continuous improvement within both your individual role and broader team processes.
  • Manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously while maintaining exceptional organization, attention to detail, and professionalism.


Qualifications
  • Associate degree or higher preferred
  • Recruitment experience preferred; customer service or client facing experience strongly valued
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Highly organized with strong time management abilities
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast paced environment
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace required

Working Hours
