Who You Are:
- Experienced: 5+ years in software development, with Python as your mainstay.

- Innovative: Familiarity with fastapi/starlette, web3.py, rust, or web-assembly is a plus.
- Academically Sound: Background in CS, Cryptography, or related fields preferred.
