Job Description


We’re looking for a full-time Creative Strategist to join Instant Swim- a fast-growing performance swimwear brand built for swimmers who want swimwear that performs and looks good.


This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social content and performance marketing. You’ll be responsible for overseeing and improving our creative output across Meta ads, TikTok, Instagram and other digital channels, with a strong focus on creating and analysing high-performing paid social content.


This is not a traditional marketing manager role. We’re looking for someone who understands why ads work, can spot patterns in performance data, and knows how to turn those insights into better creative.


Responsibilities
  • Lead creative strategy for paid social ads (primarily Meta)
  • Create and oversee ad creatives across Meta, TikTok and other digital channels
  • Analyse ad performance and report weekly on winning creatives, hooks and trends
  • Work closely with our media buyer to improve ad performance
  • Oversee and improve organic content across Instagram and TikTok
  • Help plan shoots, influencer collaborations and creator partnerships
  • Oversee email & SMS marketing alongside our agency
  • Communicate with external agencies and creative partners
