Role Overview

As a Lead Generation & Verification Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying, refining, and verifying leads for CVanté’s sales teams. You will research leads, support marketing campaigns, verify interest via brief cold calls, and pass qualified leads to the corporate sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Research & Data Aggregation
  • Identify leads using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, RocketReach, and other tools.
  • Collect and refine key information: Name, Email, Phone Number, LinkedIn Profile, Company/Institute, Role, and Location.
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness, removing duplicates and outdated contacts.
  • Marketing Support & Segmentation
  • Prepare leads for email and WhatsApp campaigns.
  • Segment leads based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and engagement signals.
  • Maintain an organized tracker (Excel/CRM) with all relevant lead data and campaign-ready status.
  • Interest Verification via Cold Calling
  • Make brief calls to leads to confirm genuine interest in CVanté services.
  • Log outcomes in the tracker: Interested / Not Interested / Wrong Contact / No Response.
  • Ensure calls are professional, concise, and data-driven — not sales-focused.
  • Handover to Corporate Sales Team
  • Pass only confirmed, interested leads to the sales team for registration or conversion.
  • Include all verified contact information and relevant notes for seamless follow-up.
  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Maintain weekly reports on leads sourced, verified, and passed for conversion.
  • Analyze lead trends and provide suggestions to improve sourcing quality and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years experience in B2B/B2C lead generation, data research, or sales operations.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar lead sourcing tools.
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills for tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills for professional, interest-validation calls.
  • Detail-oriented and organized; ability to manage large datasets with accuracy.

Preferred (Nice To Have)

  • Experience with marketing campaigns.
  • Prior exposure to service-based or digital marketing industries.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) for lead tracking.
