About the Opportunity
A rapidly growing SaaS and digital learning organization is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead a portfolio of learner-facing products focused on engagement, personalization, AI-powered experiences, assessments, and platform innovation.
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a product executive who thrives at the intersection of customer experience, business strategy, and modern AI-enabled product development.
The ideal candidate will bring deep experience building learner-facing or engagement-focused digital products within SaaS, EdTech, developer tools, or other highly interactive platform environments.
This individual will lead a team of Product Managers while partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, Customer Success, and executive leadership to define and execute product strategy across a modern learning and skills platform.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and develop a team of Product Managers across multiple learner-focused product areas
- Define and execute product vision, roadmap strategy, and portfolio priorities
- Drive customer engagement, retention, activation, and business growth metrics
- Own learner-facing experiences including personalization, recommendations, assessments, navigation, lifecycle engagement, and AI-enabled workflows
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, Data Science, GTM teams, and executive leadership
- Build and evolve scalable product management processes and operating frameworks
- Leverage customer insights, analytics, experimentation, and market research to drive roadmap decisions
- Present product strategy, roadmap priorities, and business cases to executive stakeholders
- Collaborate directly with enterprise customers and strategic accounts to gather feedback and validate product direction
- Help shape next-generation AI-powered learning and productivity experiences

What We’re Looking For
- 12+ years of Product Management experience within SaaS or digital platform environments
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing Product Managers
- Strong experience owning customer-facing digital products and measurable business outcomes
- Background building learner engagement, personalization, recommendation systems, or workflow-based user experiences
- Demonstrated success driving roadmap prioritization and product execution at scale
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using KPIs, customer data, and business metrics to guide decisions
- Executive presence with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and go-to-market organizations
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous, and highly collaborative environments
- Experience utilizing AI tools and modern product workflows strongly preferred
