Job Description

Introduction

Cancer care is becoming more complex, fragmented, and resource constrained. The American Cancer Society estimates 2 million new cases of cancer per year, yet there is an intense staffing shortage. The challenge compounds between clinic visits, where patients are often alone and unsure when to worry, and their experiences are invisible to care teams.

At Cureety, we’re building the infrastructure that helps oncology teams:

  • detect and address clinical situations that matter
  • focus on the right patient at the right time with the next best action
  • coordinate and provide more person-centered care for all patients
  • operate at scale and enhance capacity without burning out

We already support tens of thousands of patients across Europe. Now, we’re building the next generation of our product for the US. This role is critical to that expansion.

The Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to support the operational deployment and adaptation of Cureety’s platform for the US market, the person to be in the room at cancer centres running product demos, finding out about operational workflows, and piloting deployments with clinical teams. .

You will work on topics at the core of oncology care delivery: clinical workflows, care coordination, patient journeys, and tools used daily by care teams.

The role is highly operational and needs someone to be in the field with a simple objective: turn user feedback, operational realities, and clinical workflows into practical product improvements that that work in real care environments.

You will work directly with clinicians, healthcare organizations, and operational teams across the US, while collaborating closely with Cureety’s International, Product, Design, and Engineering teams based in France and Australia.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to users, learning quickly, and helping turn complex operational challenges into concrete product improvements. If you like working close to users, figuring things out in real time, and being the person who connects what happens in the field to what gets built, this role would suit you.
