Product Manager - AI Native Information Governance Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic and fast-growing product team, focused on redefining how legal professionals work through cutting-edge technology. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the roadmap, feature development, and user experience of our AI Native Information Governance solutions. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, legal SMEs, and go-to-market teams to bring transformative Info Gov products to life.

Job Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Translate company and product vision into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
• Prioritize product initiatives based on business goals, customer insights, and technical feasibility.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the Info Gov landscape, user needs, and emerging technology trends.
• Partner with Product Marketing to ensure positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies align with product capabilities.
• AI-Driven Innovation
• Design and validate AI Native features for Info Gov workflows including Classification, Retention and Search.
• Collaborate with engineering to apply agentic frameworks and adaptive logic in product experiences.
• Identify and test new applications of AI/ML that enhance Info Gov productivity, insight, or compliance.

Execution & Delivery

• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and day-to-day product execution with agile squads.
• Write clear user stories and product requirements that enable rapid iteration.
• Coordinate closely with engineering and QA to ensure timely, high-quality product releases.
• Leverage formal frameworks such as Lean Product Management to guide decision-making and iteration.
• Manage product roadmaps and communicate priorities.

Customer & Market Engagement

• Conduct customer research, interviews, and feedback loops to validate features and prioritize roadmap items.
• Work with legal SMEs and Customer Success to understand evolving user challenges and regulatory needs.
• Track product KPIs and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights.

Collaboration & Culture

• Collaborate with Product Marketing to support product positioning, competitive insights, and value proposition development.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to ensure tight alignment between product vision and delivery.
• Contribute to a culture of experimentation, curiosity, and customer obsession within the product organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Proven track record of shipping AI/ML or GenAI-powered features in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of agile product development methodologies.
• Experience of AI Product Management development approaches and methods.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience working with document management professionals or in regulated industries.
• Technical background or close collaboration with engineering and data science teams.
• Exposure to Azure or enterprise-level cloud services.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, distributed team environment.
