We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Technical Product Manager to own the technical feature pipeline for ScriptSure. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, operations, and technical coordination; driving timelines, managing feature releases, and ensuring alignment across teams. Join our small, high-impact team where you will directly influence a nationally used healthcare platform.
• Own the execution lifecycle of ScriptSure features from specification through release
• Own delivery outcomes ensuring features ship successfully and on time
• Ensure features move from concept to production without stall, proactively resolving blockers and driving momentum
• Translate leadership strategy into detailed feature specifications and actionable tickets
• Manage and communicate product timelines, milestones, and release schedules
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across engineering, QA, DevOps, and external partners
• Open, manage, and prioritize tickets for feature requests and bug fixes
• Address questions and drive clarity within active development tickets
• Review vendor and partner requests for new features, APIs, and integrations
• Support customer and vendor technical discussions, issue resolution, and collaboration
• Partner closely with DevOps to ensure smooth and successful releases
• Continuously improve product execution processes using tools, automation, and AI

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented operator who:
• Thrives on organization, structure, and execution
• Communicates clearly and confidently across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Takes ownership of timelines and outcomes

• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• 3–7+ years of experience in product management, technical product management, or technical project management
• Experience working with SaaS products; healthcare or ePrescribing experience is a strong plus
• Strong ability to translate high-level strategy into detailed requirements and execution plans
• Experience managing release schedules and cross-functional delivery
• Familiarity with Git-based workflows (GitHub preferred) and ticketing systems
• Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and technical documentation
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including vendor-facing communication
• Experience working in Agile or similar environments

Base salary range: $95,000 – $125,000 (depending on experience)
• Experience in healthcare, EMR, or ePrescribing systems
• Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant systems and workflows
• Experience leveraging AI tools for product specs, documentation, or workflow optimization
• Background working closely with DevOps and release pipelines
• Remote Work available
