for hair loss, beard growth, intimate health, and weight loss, delivered discreetly across the UAE.
We are scaling fast, building a category-defining brand for men's health in the region. Paid media
performance must be judged against real paid orders and revenue, not only platform-reported
conversions.
THE ROLE
We're hiring a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to own paid growth across Meta, Google,
and other paid channels. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Growth Manager.
There is no team to manage, you own the execution directly.
The scope covers campaign management, performance analysis, creative testing, channel
expansion, weekly reporting, and the project management needed to keep designers, landing
pages, tracking, and operations moving.
You will:
• Own paid media strategy and execution across Meta, Google Ads, and other relevant paid
channels such as TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Display, Demand Gen, affiliates, or influencers
where commercially justified.
• Manage campaign architecture across prospecting, consideration, retargeting, tactical
campaigns, and product-line campaigns for Hair Loss, Sexual Health, Beard Growth, and
Skincare.
• Build and manage Google Ads: brand search, non-brand search, competitor and search-intent
campaigns, YouTube/Demand Gen, retargeting, and landing-page-specific campaigns.
• Actively manage Meta campaigns, budgets, audiences, placements, campaign naming,
optimization events, creative rotation, retargeting windows, and frequency fatigue.
• Report CAC, spend, orders, ROAS/MER, CTR, CPC, CPM, frequency, conversion rate, and
funnel drop-off by channel, product vertical, language, campaign type, and creative angle.
• Reconcile platform-reported conversions against actual paid orders — we track real revenue, not
platform-inflated numbers.

• Create weekly performance reviews with clear actions: what to scale, what to pause, what to
refresh, and what needs investigation.
• Own the creative testing roadmap: briefs, hypotheses, variants, copy angles, Arabic and English
localization, product visuals, trust claims, offer tests, hooks, and format requirements.
• Work with designers and freelancers to maintain high creative velocity across Story, Feed,
Square, and Landscape formats.• Identify and fix tracking problems: pixel events, Google Ads conversions, GA4/GTM, UTMs,
event deduplication, and attribution mismatches.
• Partner with operations to understand payment status, delivered orders, subscriptions, refill
behavior, and LTV by product category.
• Coordinate paid acquisition with lifecycle campaigns across WhatsApp, email, and retention
journeys.
• Maintain a disciplined experiment backlog with hypotheses, budgets, expected impact, test
duration, success criteria, and post-test decisions.
MUST-HAVE
Paid media expertise. This is a hands-on execution role, and we want to see you in your element.
You should be highly proficient across the following areas.
• Meta Ads Manager: expert-level campaign management including budgets, audiences,
placements, creative rotation, retargeting, and optimization events.
• Google Ads: strong working knowledge of Search, Display, YouTube, Demand Gen, and
conversion tracking setup.
• TikTok & Snapchat Ads: experience setting up and managing campaigns, understanding
platform-specific formats, audiences, and optimization levers.
• Analytics and tracking: comfortable with GA4, GTM, UTMs, pixel and conversion events,
attribution issues, and platform reporting limitations.
• Spreadsheets and reporting: must be able to build clear weekly analysis with actions, not just
export platform dashboards.
Other essentials
• End-to-end campaign ownership. You've managed campaigns from strategy to execution to
reporting.
• Deep understanding of attribution and reconciliation. You question platform-reported
conversions and reconcile against real business data.
• Creative testing discipline. You brief creatives, define hypotheses, run structured tests, and

make decisions from results — by angle, audience, placement, funnel stage, and product line.
• Strong written communication. You explain performance clearly to a founder or operator.
Weekly reviews are actionable, not generic.
• Fast learner, organised, independent. You absorb a business quickly, manage shifting
priorities, and maintain a clear weekly operating rhythm without being chased.
• Proactive communicator. You flag issues early and surface tracking problems, budget risks, or
creative fatigue before they become costly.
• Impact-driven. Budget decisions are tied to real orders and vertical-level economics, not vanity
metrics.
NICE TO HAVE
• Arabic and English performance marketing experience in UAE or GCC markets.• Experience with restricted or policy-sensitive categories such as healthcare, telehealth,
supplements, or men's health.
• Ability to do light analytics with SQL or Python.
• Experience managing freelancers, designers, landing page builders, or creative production
workflows.
