Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $90,000 – $140,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.



Role Overview

We are hiring a Sales Operations Manager to keep the revenue engine running. The role spans process, tooling, analytics, and enablement — making sure the sales team has what it needs to hit number, and leadership has the visibility to manage performance.


Key Responsibilities

- Own sales process design, CRM hygiene, and pipeline reporting

- Build dashboards and analytics for sales leadership and frontline reps

- Run quarterly planning, territory design, and quota setting

- Manage the sales tech stack and key integrations

- Partner with finance on commission calculations and forecasting

- Lead enablement initiatives in partnership with sales leaders


Required Skills and Qualifications

- 4+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or strategy at a SaaS company

- Strong Salesforce administration skills

- Hands-on with sales tools (Outreach, Gong, Clari, LeanData)

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with SQL or Excel modeling

- Excellent written communication and stakeholder management

- Bias for clean process, accurate data, and shipping improvements
