We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven individuals for a Remote Phone Outreach Agent position. In this role, you will connect with prospective customers through outbound calls, provide information regarding appointment opportunities, and coordinate scheduling for licensed insurance professionals across the United States.

• Make outbound calls to prospective and warm leads daily.

• Schedule appointments directly into internal calendar systems.
• Follow company scripts and communication standards consistently.
• Accurately log customer interactions and call outcomes in the CRM.
• Meet daily productivity, outreach, and scheduling targets.
• Handle objections professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Participate in virtual coaching sessions and team meetings.
• Assist with additional customer outreach tasks when required.

Qualifications:

• Strong spoken English and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume outbound calling environment.
