- Engage customers professionally and explain appointment details clearly.
- Schedule appointments directly into internal calendar systems.
- Follow company scripts and communication standards consistently.
- Accurately log customer interactions and call outcomes in the CRM.
- Meet daily productivity, outreach, and scheduling targets.
- Handle objections professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.

Qualifications:
- Strong spoken English and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume outbound calling environment.
- Reliable laptop or desktop computer and smartphone required.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, phone support, customer service, or appointment setting is a plus but not required.
