Job Title: Graphic Designer – Bilingual (English/Spanish) Remote

Location: Fully Remote (LATAM-based, must overlap with Central Standard Time)

Compensation: $1,200 – $1400 USD/month

Contract: Freelance / Prestación de Servicios (Contractor – you handle your own taxes & benefits)

Higher Options is hiring a bilingual Graphic Designer to join the in-house marketing team of a group of hospitality brands based in Austin, Texas.

Our brands thrive on thoughtful, high-impact experiences, and our marketing team is here to make sure that story is told visually, beautifully, and consistently. You’ll collaborate with our Creative Marketing Coordinator to bring each brand to life across platforms, supporting not just awareness, but real business growth.


What You’ll Do

  • Design digital and print assets (social posts, newsletters, menus, decks).
  • Collaborate with marketing to turn ideas into effective visuals.
  • Use Figma/Illustrator and Photoshop for design work.
  • Create branded newsletters in Flodesk.
  • Update and refine Squarespace websites.
  • Build design templates for team use.
  • Use Pinterest to create visual reference boards.


What You Bring

  • Strong visual sense aligned with audience, platform, and message.
  • Proficient in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, Flodesk, Squarespace, and Canva.
  • Well-organized and able to prioritize effectively.
  • Clear communicator, open to feedback, team-oriented.
  • 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.


Things we’d love but don’t require

  • You’ve played around with UI design or have a growing interest in how layouts and user experience work.
  • You’re curious about how design and marketing strategy connect, maybe you’ve worked in events, hospitality.
  • You like to illustrate or doodle your own graphics.
  • You’re into the content side of things too, maybe you’ve written a few captions, scheduled posts. You won’t be expected to manage content, but there’s a lot of room here to explore creative ideas and expand your role if that excites yo
