About Omniae
Omniae is a travel technology startup building a smarter, more intuitive way for travelers to prepare for and navigate their journeys. Our platform brings essential travel information, planning tools, destination insights, and safety-focused features together in one experience.
We're looking for a Product Designer with strong visual design skills to help elevate the Omniae experience across mobile, web, and digital brand touchpoints.
About the Role
This is a hands-on design role for someone who enjoys working across different types of digital design.
Your primary focus will be product and UX/UI design, but you should also be comfortable creating polished visual assets for websites, product marketing, email, and social media.
You might design or improve a mobile app screen, create an elevated product mockup, design App Store screenshots, or help improve a website experience.
We're looking for someone who can take an idea, creative reference, or rough concept and turn it into a polished, thoughtful design.
What You'll Do
- Design and improve mobile app screens and user experiences in Figma
- Create polished UI designs aligned with the Omniae brand and design system
- Review existing app experiences and recommend visual and usability improvements
- Create app screenshots, product mockups, and feature visuals
- Design website and landing page experiences
- Create digital assets for email, social media, and product marketing
- Maintain visual consistency across the Omniae app, website, and digital brand
- Collaborate with the founder and development team
- Translate creative references and ideas into polished, original design concepts
- Organize and maintain design files, components, and assets in Figma

What We're Looking For
- Strong experience with Figma
- Experience designing mobile apps and responsive web experiences
- Strong understanding of UI design, visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, and layout
- Exceptional attention to detail. This is a critical requirement for this role. You should naturally notice inconsistencies, visual issues, and opportunities to improve the quality of the work before they are pointed out to you.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset. We are looking for someone who actively identifies opportunities to improve the product, user experience, and visual brand rather than waiting to be told what to do.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, manage priorities, and move work forward
- Strong visual and digital design skills
- Ability to create polished product mockups and marketing visuals
- Experience working with design systems and reusable components
- Ability to translate creative references and ideas into original designs
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teammates across product, development, marketing, and other functions
- Professional working English
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment where priorities may evolve
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for travel, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, or consumer technology brands
- Experience creating App Store or Google Play screenshots
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience creating simple animations, motion graphics, or short-form visual content
- Experience with Canva
- Experience working with startups

Compensation:
$600 USD per month
