ProSearch is actively hiring a Marketing Manager for a high growth client, seeking top performers with expertise in B2B marketing, professional services marketing, technology marketing, content strategy, HubSpot, Webflow, AI marketing tools, and go to market strategy to drive demand generation, pipeline growth, brand visibility, and measurable revenue impact within a digital infrastructure environment.

This B2B Marketing Manager role is a high‑impact opportunity for a professional with 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing and professional services marketing who wants to stay hands‑on, own end‑to‑end execution, and directly drive demand generation, pipeline growth, and measurable revenue results.

You will own both strategy and execution, partnering closely with leadership, sales, and technical teams to bring ideas to market, support pipeline generation, and deliver measurable business results.


The Opportunity

You will play a key role in shaping how the company shows up in the market, from thought leadership and proposals to client-facing materials and integrated marketing campaigns. This role blends content marketing, presales support, go to market strategy, and cross functional collaboration.

The environment is fast moving and grounded in professional services. This is not a product or agency role. Success comes from understanding complex client needs and translating them into clear, compelling messaging that supports growth.


What You Will Do

  • Create and execute content marketing across digital channels, proposals, and presentations
  • Support pre-sales and business development through proposals, presentations, and client deliverables

What We Are Looking For

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in B2B marketing within professional services
  • Hands-on experience executing marketing programs and campaigns
  • Strong writing, editing, and messaging development skills, with the ability to build impactful presentations and support go to market strategy and execution
  • Strong content strategy, copywriting, and brand management skills
  • Experience supporting presales, proposals, and pipeline generation
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Experience with Webflow or similar CMS tools preferred
  • Advanced PowerPoint and presentation development skills
  • Strong collaboration skills across sales, marketing, and technical teams
  • Experience working remotely or in a hybrid environment preferred
  • Strong learning mindset, especially with AI and evolving marketing tools
