Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture & Scoping: Lead discovery phases to uncover digital opportunities. You will translate client ambitions into actionable roadmaps, budgets, and detailed scopes of work that leverage web, data, and AI.
- Ecosystem Strategy: Audit and optimize entire digital stacks (CRM, analytics, automation) to ensure they drive measurable ROI. You will collaborate with Strategy, Creative, and Media leads to ensure technology is woven into the fabric of every campaign.
- Technical Leadership: Oversee the build process by guiding internal teams and external vendors. You will review technical architectures to ensure scalability and quality while maintaining strict adherence to project scopes.
- Applied Innovation: Identify practical ways to implement emerging tech, including AI, to streamline agency operations and enhance client offerings. You focus on solving real-world problems rather than chasing trends.
- Growth & Commercialization: Serve as the primary subject matter expert during high-stakes pitches. You will package complex technical ideas into sellable, value-driven solutions that position the agency as a premier strategic partner.
- Internal Enablement: Boost agency efficiency by introducing smarter workflows and tools. You will act as a mentor, elevating the technical literacy of the broader team.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in digital strategy, MarTech, or solution architecture, ideally within an agency or fast-paced growth environment.
- Proven Strategist: You have a track record of defining, scoping, and selling complex digital projects, not just managing their execution.
- Platform Proficiency: Deep experience across web platforms, CRM systems, analytics, and marketing automation tools.
- Technical Fluency: A strong grasp of how front-end, back-end, and data integrations connect. You can effectively direct developers and technical partners without needing to write the code yourself.
- Business Acumen: Exceptional financial literacy with the ability to balance technical effort against pricing and profitability.
- Ambiguity Navigator: You thrive in the "gray area" and possess the clarity to turn vague requests into concrete plans.
