🌟 About the Role

Join a leading engineering and project services company as our HR Admin at the Hajr Project Site.

You will be the primary HR and administrative interface for the entire site workforce — from skilled tradespeople and engineers to visiting management — making sure mobilisation, accommodation, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and government-related formalities run without friction.

This is a full-spectrum role: one day you are coordinating new-joiner mobilisation and Iqama processing with the head office, the next you are auditing camp facilities, resolving a grievance, or preparing weekly manpower reports for the Project Manager. You will work closely with the Site Manager, the head-office HR Manager, and external service providers (camp, transport, GRO) — and your judgement will directly shape the day-to-day employee experience on site.

🎯 What You'll Do

•     Site HR Operations: Own the end-to-end HR cycle on site — mobilisation, induction, attendance, leave, transfers, demobilisation, exit clearances and full and final settlements — for all site-based personnel.

•     Government & Compliance (KSA): Coordinate Iqama issuance/renewals, medical insurance, GOSI registration, work permit transfers, exit/re-entry visas and project ID passes via the Mandoob/GRO and head office, ensuring full compliance with Saudi Labour Law and Nitaqat requirements.

•     Camp, Transport & Site Admin: Manage accommodation allocation, camp standards, transport schedules, PPE issuance records, stationery, office supplies, and general site office administration — keeping vendors and service providers accountable.

•     Payroll & Time-Office Inputs: Maintain biometric/manual attendance, overtime sheets, leave tracking and timesheet validation; submit accurate monthly inputs to the head-office payroll team and reconcile site-level discrepancies.

•     Employee Relations & Welfare: Be the first point of contact for site employees — handle grievances, disciplinary documentation, welfare initiatives and team engagement activities; escalate sensitive cases to the HR Manager with clear records.

•     Manpower Reporting & Coordination: Prepare daily/weekly manpower, mobilisation, demobilisation and headcount reports for the Project Manager and head office; track planned vs. actual and flag staffing risks early.

•     Records, Documentation & Audits: Maintain personnel files, contracts, ID copies, training records and HSE inductions in audit-ready condition for client, internal and statutory audits.

🏗️ What We're Looking For

•     Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

•     Experience: 5–8 years in HR & Administration, with at least 3 years on an active construction, EPC or industrial project site (KSA / GCC site experience strongly preferred).

•     KSA Process Knowledge: Working understanding of Saudi Labour Law, GOSI, Iqama and visa processes, Mudad/WPS, and the day-to-day realities of GRO and Mandoob coordination.

•     HR Toolkit: Confident with attendance/biometric systems, MS Office (Excel especially), and HRIS/ERP platforms used for payroll inputs and personnel records.

•     Communication: Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory); Arabic ability is strongly preferred for liaison with local authorities, vendors and Arabic-speaking staff.

•     Site-Ready Mindset: Comfortable working from a project site with a multi-cultural workforce; proactive, calm under pressure, and able to make sound judgement calls without constant supervision.

•     Discretion & Integrity: Track record of handling confidential employee information and disciplinary matters with professionalism and fairness.

•     Mobility: Willing to be based full-time at the Hajr Project Site, KSA, on the project's standard rotation/leave cycle.

⭐ What We Offer

•     Competitive Compensation: SAR 6,000 – 9,000 per month, commensurate with experience.

•     Annual Airfare: Annual airfare allowance for the employee as per company policy.

•     Medical Coverage: Comprehensive medical insurance in line with KSA regulations.

•     End-of-Service Benefits: Gratuity in accordance with the Saudi Labour Law.

•     Site Facilities: Company-provided accommodation and transport at the project site.

•     Career Growth: Exposure to a major KSA project and a clear path to senior site-HR or head-office HR roles within Alucor.

❤️ Additional Information

•     Language: English (mandatory); Arabic strongly preferred.

•     Nationality: Open to all nationalities. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

•     Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates serving a maximum 30-day notice will be prioritised.

📋 How to Apply

If you are ready to bring structure, care and energy to a fast-moving site environment, we would love to meet you.

Please submit your CV along with a brief cover note outlining your KSA / GCC site experience and your earliest available joining date.
