As part of our growth, we are building a high-quality offshore delivery team in India focused on supporting large-scale hiring mandates across the Middle East.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our remote delivery team in India.
This is a pure delivery role, focused exclusively on sourcing, screening, and shortlisting high-quality white-collar professionals for Oil & Gas projects across the GCC (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, etc.).
There is no business development or client acquisition responsibility.
You will work closely with client-facing consultants to deliver against project-driven hiring mandates across EPC contractors, operators, and service companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery for Oil & Gas hiring mandates (brief → shortlist)
- Source and engage candidates across:
- Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Process)
- Project Management & Construction
- HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)
- Procurement & Supply Chain
- Commissioning & Operations
- Build strong pipelines for project-based and bulk hiring requirements
- Conduct detailed candidate screening (technical + project experience)
- Deliver relevant, high-quality shortlists within agreed timelines
- Work closely with consultants to refine search strategies
- Manage candidate experience across the hiring lifecycle
- Maintain accurate tracking in ATS / CRM systems
- Stay up to date with GCC hiring trends and talent availability

Candidate Requirements (Strict Criteria)
Must Have
- 10+ years of recruitment delivery experience
- Minimum 8 years focused on white-collar Oil & Gas recruitment
- Proven experience hiring for GCC markets (UAE, KSA, Qatar, etc.)
- Strong understanding of EPC, operators, and project-based hiring environments
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions (engineering, HSE, projects, etc.)
- Strong sourcing capability (LinkedIn, databases, networks)
- Ability to effectively screen candidates based on project experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in agency or RPO environments
- Exposure to large-scale project hiring (shutdowns, expansions, mega projects)
- Prior experience working in a remote, international setup
