This is a badass opportunity for an agency SEO who’s hungry to learn, wants to work remotely, wants a flexible schedule, and is tired of having their strategy diluted by three layers of approval before it ever reaches a client.

You know the drill… You build the plan, the AD waters it down, the client gets a watered-down version of a watered-down version, and somehow you're the one explaining why results are flat. Meanwhile you're managing 14 accounts you've never actually talked to, and the closest you get to "owning strategy" is updating a slide template someone built in 2021.

That's not this.

At SEOasis, you'll own your accounts end-to-end. You'll be on the kickoff call. You'll set the strategy, ship the work, and see the revenue impact land.

You'll also have a real seat at the table as we grow. Within your first year, you'll be hiring and onboarding the next operator. By year two, you're running fulfillment for the whole client roster. This is a real growth opportunity!!

We’re SEOasis, a boutique SEO agency that helps 7 and 8-figure Shopify ecommerce brands break free from their over-reliance on paid ads & grow their bottom line with organic traffic. We make SEO clear, practical, and revenue-driven. Think less jargon and more measurable wins.

You’ll be part project manager, part hands-on operator. One moment you’re clustering keywords in Sheets, the next you’re editing AI-assisted copy into something sharp, the next you’re updating Asana so nothing slips through the cracks. You’ll support new client onboarding but spend most of your time running accounts day-to-day. In your Loom video for this application, start off by telling me a fun fact about yourself. Our clients expect steady progress, and you’ll be the one ensuring it happens. You’ll also have room to take on ad hoc projects outside of your normal tasks. Think quick audits, templates, little experiments. New things that help us keep pushing forward & improving results for clients

• Run our strategy for clients & drive results forward. This includes:
• Owning the strategy behind each client
• Monitoring progress & results
• Revising strategies every 90 days to make sure we’re always delivering the best for our clients
• Run day-to-day fulfillment for clients. This include:
• Building new collection pages
• Keyword research
• Collaborating with our blog writing partners

• Collaborating with our link-building partners
• QA everything before it goes live: links, titles, metas, schema
• Maintain Asana tasks and statuses so nothing gets lost
• Keep reporting clean & tidy so clients are never left wondering what's going on
• Pitch in on small ad hoc tasks like crawls, templates, or quick setups
  

• Detail-obsessed and process-driven, but also scrappy when things aren’t defined yet
• You live & thrive in Google Sheets. V-lookups were your first love.
• Able to spot when AI copy “sounds like AI” and fix it fast
• Comfortable juggling multiple clients, calendars, and deliverables
• Clear in written communication. You can match different brand voices
• Coachable, humble, and happy to document what you do so others can follow
  

• Live in the 48 contiguous United States and be authorized to work here
• 2-3 years of experience running SEO strategy at an agency or for an e-commerce brand.
• You’re AI native - you know exactly what to use AI for, what not to use it for, and are regularly refining your AI workflow.
• Strong internet connection & you own a computer
• You're a strong team player but comfortable working alone
• You're a fast learner. You soak up information like a sponge.
• You aren't afraid to push back when you think there's a better way to do something.
• Familiar with Shopify CMS
  

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
• You’ve built something cool with Claude Code and can show it off in the interview (major bonus points here!!)

You can work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection, as long as you overlap at least 4 hours per day with Eastern Time.

• $50,000–$55,000 USD per year, depending on experience
• Unlimited PTO plus federal holidays
• End-of-year bonus based on performance and company results
• 1 on 1 training. You won't just learn SEO. You'll learn real business skills that translate directly to job market value.
