Job Description


Working Location: UAE (Dubai/RAK)

Salary Range: $1400 - $2000 Net (Monthly)

Additional Package: Attractive Allowances Package included


Our Client are seeking a dedicated IT Support to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for technical issues, ensuring our team has the tools and support they need to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

The Scope of Work:

  • Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system, and provide timely technical support.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
  • Set up user accounts and manage access controls.
  • Document technical issues, solutions, and user guides for future reference.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex problems.
  • Perform routine system maintenance and software updates.
  • Ensure cybersecurity measures are implemented and followed.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on best practices and new technologies.

Requirements:

  • At least 03 years of proven experience in a similar IT support or system admin role.
  • Strong expertise in LAN/WAN, Office 365, Email Servers, and VPN management.
  • Proficient in supporting and troubleshooting MacOS and iOS devices.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and a "can-do" attitude toward problem-solving.
  • Admin Tasks: Capable of handling technical reporting and administrative duties efficiently.
