Who We're Hiring

We have multiple openings across our portfolio, and we're actively sourcing for four buckets:

🎨 Senior Frontend Engineers

React, TypeScript, Svelte, Tailwind. Building trading interfaces, consumer products, real-time dashboards, onchain UX. You care about performance, accessibility, and pixel-level craft.

📱 Senior to Staff Mobile Engineers

React Native, Flutter, or native iOS (Swift/SwiftUI). Owning consumer apps at scale — live prices, charts, motion, micro-interactions, gesture systems, release quality. Wallet and trading app experience a plus.

⚙️ Staff Backend / Fullstack Engineers

Node.js, TypeScript, Go, Rust, Python. Designing event-driven systems, APIs, runtimes, indexing pipelines, smart contract integrations. Where correctness matters more than speed — financial-grade reliability. EVM-native (ethers / wagmi / viem / Solidity) is a strong plus on most roles.

🧭 Engineering Leads / Tech Leads

Senior ICs who've shaped architecture, mentored teams, and led 0-to-1 or scaling chapters. Player-coach mindset, no ivory tower.

What We're Looking For

• Engineering mindset first. Deep expert in your core domain — but agnostic and curious about the rest of the stack. You don't get religious about frameworks.
• Ownership. You ship end-to-end. Comfortable with ambiguity, nebulous requirements, and shaping the path forward.
• Craft obsession. Performance, UX polish, security, design systems — pick your weapon, but go deep.
• AI-native workflow. Cursor, Claude, Copilot — you use AI as a force multiplier, not a crutch.
• 3 to 10+ years of production experience, depending on the role.
• Crypto-native or crypto-curious. You don't need to have shipped onchain code already — but you should be excited to learn the primitives (wallets, tokens, smart contracts, onchain data) and understand why this stack matters. Several clients are pure consumer plays where Web3 isn't the focus at all.

Compensation

$160K – $275K base, depending on role and seniority + meaningful equity (RSUs, options, or token grants depending on the client — real token upside on several roles) + benefits (health fully covered on most roles, 401k match, relocation support on select roles)
