Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $50,000 – $75,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.



Role Overview

We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support campaigns, events, and day-to-day marketing operations. The role is the connective tissue between strategy and execution — making sure the work actually ships.


Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate execution of marketing campaigns across channels

- Manage marketing calendar, project trackers, and vendor logistics

- Support content production, including briefs, reviews, and publishing

- Help plan and run virtual and in-person events

- Maintain CRM, marketing automation, and asset library hygiene

- Pull weekly reports on campaign performance and surface insights


Required Skills and Qualifications

- 1+ years in a marketing coordinator, marketing assistant, or similar role

- Strong project management and organisational skills

- Hands-on with marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Asana, Trello)

- Excellent written communication and attention to detail

- Comfort working across multiple stakeholders and deadlines

- Bias for action and willingness to own the unglamorous details
