  • Role: Digital Marketing Manager
  • Location: Remote
  • Employment Type: Full-time


Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $80,000 – $130,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn

- Manage SEO, content, and email lifecycle programs

- Own attribution, reporting, and channel ROI analysis

- Manage agency relationships and contractor budgets

- Run experiments to improve CAC, conversion, and LTV

- Partner with sales on lead handoff and quality


Required Skills and Qualifications

- 4+ years in performance or digital marketing

- Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4

- Working knowledge of marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo)

- Strong analytical skills and comfort with attribution models

- Experience managing budgets across multiple channels

- Bias for testing, measurement, and iterating on data
